Bartimus Builders is a design/build and remoldeling building contractor for clients who want quality and lasting value for their projects. General contractors typically use subcontractors who turn in the lowest bid so they get the job being the lowest price and for the highest profit. This cheapest price mentality rewards the industry in which quality of work becomes the outcome and the customer unknowingly suffers because the construction has failures prematurely.
We specialize in challenging projects, custom, and difficult to solve problems from previous lack of good design or construction. Almost all of my work is done in house rather than the lowest subcontractor. By this I am able to ensure a better quality of work than from a subcontractor who’s labor force is constantly turning over, is not sufficiently trained or may have just entered the country illegally. I am licensed and insured so I have you covered not only legally and financially but with years of experience and integrity.
